Pick-up /Delivery
Convenient Pick-up Service: We’ll come to your location to collect your device, eliminating the hassle for you to transport it, ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish.
Expert Off-Site Solutions: When repairs or updates cannot be completed remotely or on-site, we take your device to our tech hub, apply the necessary solutions, and ensure it’s in top working condition.

Hourly Rates and Travel Costs
In-Home rates: We charge 80$ + tx per hour. plus travel costs. The travel costs are indicated by zones.

Remote Support Rates: We charge 40$ + tx for the first 30 minutes and 20$ for each additional 15 minutes.
